Full descriptionDoor arch in a brick building on its original site in the manor of Raughmere, Lavant during dismantling to be re-erected at the Weald and Downland Open Air Museum, Singleton, West Sussex in 1977. Men are shown at work, with piles of bricks in the foreground. The arch is 7 feet 6 inches by 2 feet 4 inches. This early 17th-century brick building was probably used as a meeting hall with store rooms below, renovated and used as a residence from 1773.
