(Aluminium Plant & Vessel Company Limited) were manufacturers of processing equipment to the brewing, dairying, and allied industries. They were one of the first London firms to move its workforce to Crawley New Town. Most of Crawley new town's factories were built between 1950 and 1963, however there was continual development for over thirty years and by 1985 the industrial estate covered 300 acresRoger Bastable Project. |
