| Full description | Petpro, Industrial Estate, Crawley. Sites on Crawley's Industrial Estate were offered on lease to large firms that wished to build their own factories. In addition, Crawley Development Corporation (CDC) designed and built standard factories of various sizes which could be let to smaller firms. The CDC planned to build small and large factories where the larger works would line Manor Royal, Fleming Way, and Gatwick Road and the smaller factories mainly being situated on more minor roads at the rear of the thoroughfares.
