| Short title | Windmill, Climping |
| Full description | Windmill, Climping. View across a rutted lane towards a group of small buildings with a smock-mill behind. The buildings in front, one with a thatched roof, appear to be barns. On the right is a house. The windmill is weatherboarded, and the four sail struts are in place. Copy of a postcard with 'Clymping' printed on the front. The windmill is thought to have been built in 1799, and ceased working c1900. Walter Gardiner Photography Collection. Archive number AR845. |
