Full descriptionParish Church of St James the Less, Lancing. Etching by R.H. Nibbs. View from south west across churchyard with gravestones to roughcast flint church. Low tower with pyramidal cap. Tile and stone roofs, buttress on right. Outer doorway of porch dates from 12th century. The church was almost totally rebuilt in the late 13th century.
